Are these red dots a problem for a hair transplant? (Photo)

A dermatologist I met said they are not dangerous and I can remove them with laser. If I do a hair transplant without removing those dots first - will that be a problem? And how much time I will have to wait after the transplant if I want to remove them later? If I want to remove those dots now (before doing a hair transplant), how much time I'll have to wait aftet the removal so I can have the transplant?

Although there are no guarantees trying to minimize the cobblestoning with steroid injections (Kenalog) is worth a try. The SMP with fade over time so if you want to reverse that you can do it at a later time.
