Is aquaphor 100% safe if I just had Fraxel 1550 done 4 days ago? I'm taking 500mg of vancomycin twice daily.

Red almost raw patches after skin has flaked off. I have put it on so far and no bad effects. But wondering will the antibiotics work to prevent milia formation?
