I had an anchor lift and breast implants(450cc gummy bear implants) on the 10th, and they said the first couple days would be the worse, but now on day 4, I'm still miserable. My breasts feel engorged & the pressure makes them feel like they could explode. There is brusing, they have a burning sensation sometimes also. I use ice packs and I'm still currently on pain meds. I've been stretching and trying to massage my breasts but are there any other things I can do to help with the pain?
