Breast lift, reduction or lIft with implants? I want full perky breast with upper pole fullness. (photos)

 Thank you for the question and photos. It’s a difficult question to answer without the benefit of an exam and I can give you some general guidelines or thoughts. I breast reduction and or lift will definitely make your breast perkier and smaller. At a consultation a plastic surgeon should give you good idea of how much upper pole fullness to expect long-term. Generally to get long term upper pole fullness usually requires the use of an implant. Good luck

Based on your photos, you are a good candidate for breast reduction and lift. By removing the extra tissue, you'll look very good with perkier, fuller and youthful breast.

I recommend the first step for upper pole fullness with a lift is to add Galatea Galaflex mesh. Adding the implant adds more cost, and more risk in my opinion and doing a reduction and adding an implant seems contradictory despite the possible upper pole fullness. Furthermore, patients with breast sag, have poor tissue and frequently the weight of the implant causes the breast to droop and the upper pole fullness is temporary.I have been using the mesh two years and am seeing rounder, fuller breasts after reductions and breast lifts  and less bottoming out or recurrence of the droop. If you are happy with the size of your breasts or want somewhat smaller, the mesh is a great option. In my opinion, it is safer, has less complications, and gives better results. An implant can always be done later if needed.

You appear to be a good candidate for a breast reduction. You would need a physical exam to confirm this. Many women who have large breasts, like you, wish to have full size perky breasts. These patients will be a candidate for a breast lift with a small reduction. I utilize the Halpern breast marker, which I invented, to mark out the patient. I incorporate the FINNESSE technique, which I also invented. Bleeding, pain and recovery are minimal when compared to traditional techniques. I hope you find this information useful. Hello and thank you for the question and the photos. Based on the photos, you are a good candidate for a full breast lift. You seem to have enough volume that an implant is NOT necessary. A well designed breast lift can create good shape and fullness. Over time, all lifts drop slightly as you can't stop the aging process or gravity. As always, best to be healthy, no smoking, and make sure any health concerns you have are managed by your primary care md.

Based on your photos, you look like a good candidate for a breast reduction combined with a breast lift. The reduction can decrease the volume of your breasts and get rid of the skin irritation, while the lift can make your breasts look perkier.
I personally don’t think you’d need implants, but it depends on your preferences. The best thing to do is to consult a reputable and board-certified plastic surgeon so that you can discuss your expectations and get yourself properly assessed. Based on the information and photos you send us, you are a great candidate for a breast lift with reduction. i do not see any need of implants as long as you are ok with an smaller size breast. As you can understand studies and test are needed to see if you are clear for surgery but in general, if you seek the attention of a certified plastic surgeon, you should have a great result and a normal life.
