Answer: Breast lift, reduction or lIft with implants? I want full perky breast with upper pole fullness. Hello dear! Thanks for the question and provided information as well. Based on your photos, you are a good candidate for breast reduction and lift. By removing the extra tissue, you'll look very good with perkier, fuller and youthful breast. I recommend you to make an appointment with a board certified plastic surgeon to talk about your concerns and goals. Good luck :)

Answer: Perky breasts with lift.. the answer is mesh I recommend the first step for upper pole fullness with a lift is to add Galatea Galaflex mesh. Adding the implant adds more cost, and more risk in my opinion and doing a reduction and adding an implant seems contradictory despite the possible upper pole fullness. Furthermore, patients with breast sag, have poor tissue and frequently the weight of the implant causes the breast to droop and the upper pole fullness is temporary.I have been using the mesh two years and am seeing rounder, fuller breasts after reductions and breast lifts and less bottoming out or recurrence of the droop. If you are happy with the size of your breasts or want somewhat smaller, the mesh is a great option. In my opinion, it is safer, has less complications, and gives better results. An implant can always be done later if needed.
