My mini tuck included removal of extra skin (pouch) and lipo of ab and sides w/o muscle repair. He said I didn't need the muscle repair. I no longer have a pouch but I'm not flat. He said I need more lipo to enhance my appearance. He said i need more lipo and he would do the lipo again for $1500 abs/flanks. Will lipo fix my current situation? Will scar tissue from previous surgeries hinder me ever getting a flat ab?

From the photos submitted it appears you would have been a better candidate for a full tummy tuck. It appears there is adequate skin and would have given you a more complete result. I encourage you to speak to your surgeon and potentially get a second opinion on how to proceed.
