Based on abdominal shape/protrusion, you may be dealing with visceral fat around internal organs which cannot be liposuctioned out- this needs to be reduced with healthy weight loss for a flatter abdomen. Additionally, after removing additional fat from the abdomen either through weight loss or liposuction, you may need to discuss a Tummy Tuck revision to address excess skin. In either case I'd recommend that you allow yourself a few more months  at least to heal and work on maintaining a healthy ,stable weight before considering additional surgeries. All the best

Im sorry that you are disappointed with your initial operation however the initial plan may have been the incorrect plan and therefore you are not satisfied.  From the looks of things you may have benefited from a tummy tuck instead of a mini.  Discuss this with your PS.  Good Luck

Thank you for your question and photos.  Although you can have lipo done, it will not do anything for the loose skin that you have in your abdominal area.  You might need a tummy tuck revision after more weight loss/lipo.All the best,Dr. ResultsMiami, FL

An in person evaluation is best, but from the photos it appears the contour of your abdomen may be related to visceral (internal) fat, muscle wall laxity or both. Visceral fat cannot be addressed with liposuction or a tummy tuck. It will improve with weight loss. Correction of muscle wall laxity could improve your result. I do not think liposuction alone will give you a flat tummy.

I am sorry to hear about your concerns after abdominal wall surgery. Given your goals of a "flat" abdomen, I have to wonder whether you would have been better off undergoing a full tummy tuck operation instead. At this point, I would suggest that you make your decisions carefully:  I doubt that liposuctioning of the abdominal wall or flanks will result in the "flat"  abdominal wall appearance you are looking for.
