Recently chipped my tooth while eating bread. Have no pain at all. Have had another polished chipped tooth before and wanted to get an idea if this would be the same case. Thank you very much!

I would recommend having your dentist perform dental bonding which would add the missing portion of your tooth back and match the tooth next to it. This is typically very easy and painless. This bonding will need to be replaced ever once in a while due to staining that can occur....
It is not uncommon for root canal teeth to become grey, black or bluish. Have a dentist confirm you do not have any decay under the filling in the back of the tooth where the root canal was done. You may have a leaking filling where decay has gotten into the tooth.if no decay, ask...
