Front right tooth. Moves about 1 milimeter cant see it in a mirror but i know its moving. I hear a clicking. I cant see a dentist. I think i bit too hard on something one day. When i push it up it stays in place but with slight pushing with a finger it moves. Adult tooth. Im scared cause i dont want to lose thr tooth. I dont have gum disease or anything. Will it start to tighten up or will it just get more loose? Please help. Again cant see a dentist.
