What qualifications should a plastic surgeon in Europe have?

I'm wanting to have liposuction/liposculpture in Belgium but I'm unsure what qualifications a good/well qualified surgeon should hold pls help??

Working out until the day before surgery should be fine, after surgery is a different story.  I would say speak to your surgeon because depending on the type of workout you want to do AFTER surgery he will give you his instructions on when you can start.

This is damage to the skin from liposuction and can be improved with vascular lasers and RF treatments but typically is permanent.  Its an unfortunate risk with any liposuction procedure but moreso with laser or ultrasound procedures or aggressive approaches.  Best, Dr. Emer.
