Is there anything I can do to combat the SEVERE Itching I have from liposuction.

Working out until the day before surgery should be fine, after surgery is a different story.  I would say speak to your surgeon because depending on the type of workout you want to do AFTER surgery he will give you his instructions on when you can start.
