Hi there, Many thanks for your question. Unfortunately you would not be able to have Mesotherapy when on azathiprine. I would personally recommend to avoid fillers and other injectables while on this medication. The only injectable to really consider would be Botox but you should seek a medical opinion before undertaking any procedure. Best of luck.
Sorry to say but any chronic inflammatory disease would contraindicate injectable aesthetic procedures.
