How safe exactly is it in terms of the tattoo ink and tattoo itself. Obviously there's risk for infection or scarring but what other risks are there? Is there anyway tattoo ink can go through bloodstream? Or does the ink only come out in scab and it isn't any more riskier than getting the tattoo itself? I would like to know what happens within the body when this technique is being done. I need a quick procedure for military and laser is not an option.
