Question

Is this linear scleroderma in its early stages? I suspect I have scleroderma because ever since I started working at qt, I had to get in the coolers and after 3 months my hands would get stiff etc. I looked it up and seemed like scleroderma. But lately I noticed this weird vertical line whenever I would raise my forehead. I've looked up linear scleroderma and it looks horrible, I don't want to have a deformed face. It's not visible unless I raise my brows.

If you have concerns about scleroderma, linear scleroderma, or any other autoimmune conditions, it is best to discuss these concerns with your primary doctor or see a rheumatologist. Botox can definitely be performed in younger patients to decrease wrinkles that occur with active facial muscle contraction and as a preventative to prevent deep creases that occur with aging, but any autoimmune diagnosis concerns would take priority.
Be sure to see an expert physician injector for any Botox injections.

If the linear SCL diagnosis has been established by skin biopsy the defect can be filled with dermal fillers or fat grafting. If the diagnosis has not been established you should see your dermatologist.
Botox will not have any effect on tissue contour defects.

You have not mentioned whether it is your own diagnosis or your doctors are looking into it. The symptoms of a Raynaud's phenomenon (reaction of blood vessels to cold temperature) are part of many disorders if it really is that phenomenon. It takes sometimes years to confirm the diagnosis but that requires medical attention and follow up. So, unless you are under doctor's care, you do not have scleroderma. If your forehead unevenness occurs only during expressions it is impossible to say whether it is or is not related to muscles without physical examination. Photographs are static images, a snapshots of reality. You need to be examined by doctor who will attend to all your concerns. Good luck!

Linear scleroderma and scleroderma don't necessarily go hand in hand but from your photo you may have linear scleroderma which may respond to filler not Botox. see a board certified dermatologist
