Extra nipples and breast tissue removal - what can be done to flatten the area around the nipples? (Photo)

Question

A plastic surgeon Plans to remove my my two supernummary nipples, but disagrees with me that the tissue around it is also breast tissue. He says it is a little bit of regular fat that wil go away with losing a little weight. I would like to know what can also be done when the nipples are removed to help make the area flatter .

Based on the photo, it is difficult to tell how much extra breast tissue there is. Either way it should be fairly easy to remove any associated breast tissue through the same incision. This can be performed either by directly excising vs liposuction. The goal would be to leave enough fatty tissue remaining so you have a smooth contour and don't end up with a contour deformity from excessive removal of tissue.

It is not clear how much bulk there is underneath the nipples, based on this photo. It should be very simple to remove excess tissue/bulge through the same wound after the removal of the nipple? You should discuss this issue with your surgeon again or seek a second opinion. Good luck.
