I had a nose job 2 years ago to remove a hump. No grafting was done and i was told i have thin skin. Initially while the nose was still a bit swollen it was looking great but now i can see rough transitions from parts to parts of my nose and a pinch in both sides creating a horizontal shadow line. Is it v deformity? is it worth a revision to fix that? Are there alternatives?
