Mentor silicone implants in 1400 cc's?

Question

Hi, I'm 5 ft 10 and got 800 cc's mentor silicone under the muscle. They look small on me because I'm tall and have broad shoulders. I went with the high profile too. My plastic surgeon said Mentor is supposed to come out with up to 1400 cc's silicone implants. I really want them and I'm just wanting to know when they're going to become available. Thanks. We just checked with Mentor. I was told that the implants are still in FDA approved clinical trials. Currently they can't give us a date when the will be available. I hope you find this useful. For more information please watch the enclosed video.

You are not alone. I see many patients who are interested in larger volume silicone gel breast implants. I am not aware of a definitive date when these will be available. Currently, as you likely know, the use of overfilled saline implants is an option in some cases. Best wishes.

Special ordering of larger implants is offered by the implant companies but the costs for  special order implants would be double, like a few thousands $$$. Ask or call Mentor for advise on how to proceed.
