I’m 19 and I have lost volume from vaping, I have quit and I want to restore my cheeks and create a nice forward projection that I don’t have at three quarters view.

It is very likely that correction with nano fat grafts (fat stem cells) may be a procedure that will address the issue. You should discuss this option with your surgeon in more details. Good luck.
