What procedure should I get done for dermatofibroma? (Photo)

I had a mole here. But scraped it off when I was young and now it’s a dermatofibroma. I hate it & want it removed but don’t want a scar. What should I get done , get it surgically removed then laser? Or just a certain laser done? I also REALLY dont want it growing back

Hi there! Excising the lesion would be the best option to ensure complete removal. This obviously creates a scar, but if done carefully, it may not be very noticeable. If still unsightly after time, you can consider laser resurfacing to assist with the cosmesis. Hope this helps!
