It might be because you develop a rare side effect of coolsculpting called Paradoxical adipose hyperplasia (PAH) , is a term that mean that instead of dying, your fat cell became larger and "stronger" you might say. I recommend you to go to your provider, if it was coolssculpting (the device name) there's like an insurance that they have to solve those kinds of issues

Thank you for the photos. though it is difficult to access, the most likely cause of this is uneven results is the in appropriate applicator placement/selection resulting in : what is knows as "shark bites". PAH usually appears as larger bulks . You non surgical options are:1.SculpSure - which works great to even our even bad liposuction when done appropriately2.Emsculpt Neo3.Kybella Inkecions-the most costly option as many vials are needed.
