Hello! I had 1 cool sculpting session done 7 months ago on my lower abdomen. Attached is a before and after shot. my stomach seems very lumpy. is that normal? I thought it would have evened out by now. Do you have any recommendations on how to make my stomach look even? Thank you!
Answer: Paradoxical adipose hyperplasia (PAH) It might be because you develop a rare side effect of coolsculpting called Paradoxical adipose hyperplasia (PAH) , is a term that mean that instead of dying, your fat cell became larger and "stronger" you might say. I recommend you to go to your provider, if it was coolssculpting (the device name) there's like an insurance that they have to solve those kinds of issues

PAH usually appears as larger bulks . You non surgical options are:1.SculpSure - which works great to even our even bad liposuction when done appropriately2.Emsculpt Neo3.Kybella Inkecions-the most costly option as many vials are needed.
