Does CoolSculpting freeze muscle? (Photo)

Question

Hi, I recently had a surgery done in may for SRS (slipping rib syndrome) which they had to remove the front of my rib up to the side. There is now a bump of muscle (where my rib use to be) about an inch on both sides of my waist. I would like to know if cool sculpturing could freeze that muscle off or reduce it? I don’t have a lot of fat on myself, please let me know! Thank you

The basics of coolsculpting are as follows.  Water freezes at a temperature that is below the temperature that freezes fat.  That is why we can do the procedure and not damage water based tissues like skin and muscle.  So, no it should not freeze the muscle.
