I’m reading contrary advice for promoting best outcome for torso area . One states avoid “heavy” exercise like running- which I don’t consider heavy while another article encourages exercise without expressing limits. Yet another bit of advice states don’ wear tight clothing, contrary to encouraging compression articles of clothing. Finally, is drinking water to encourage flushing ( peeing) or is it for the purpose of keeping saturation levels up?
