CoolSculpting for banana rolls?

I had silicone injections many many years ago it's dropped and caused banana rolls can this be fixed by coolsculpting or will it make the butt loose and saggy?

Just based on your photos, I would say that you appear to be a good candidate for CoolSculpting of the area below your buttocks. Normally, two treatment sessions are needed to obtain visible improvement.
