IPL vs PDL vs ExcelV lasers for treating redness on face, neck, chest (photo)

Asked By:shannon_72

3 different recommendations for redness on face, neck & chest. told it's not Rosacea but sun damage - broken blood vessels. Most severe on chest. Results are much more important than costs. In only one case did I actually see the M.D. 1. Which will work best & give longest lasting results? 2. Should I be concerned that the M.D. is not performing the actual procedure? it seems pretty common now for non-ablative options 3. How many treatments? recurring maintenance? Thanks!
