Thank you for your question and photographs. It's difficult to evaluate your skin through this type of forum, but from what I can see, it looks like you have mild atrophic scarring (indentation). While a punch excision can remove the scar, the end result can be a line but with also some track marks. Other treatment modalities that injure the skin causing subsequent collagen formation can be effective in minimizing the atrophy. Such treatments include fractionated lasers, dermaroller, resurfacing lasers, deep peels, etc.  Fillers are also a good option, specifically Bellafill®, a permanent filler. The right modality for you depends on your skin type, expectations, patience, downtime, and cost. I highly recommend you consult with a board certified dermatologist or plastic surgeon to have your skin evaluated and to discuss appropriate treatment options. Take care and good luck.
