Thank you for your question.  Venus Freeze is recommended at once a week intervals as it takes time for the tissue to heal.  The optimal amount of time for tissue to heal when using the Venus Freeze is once a week.

The company and the FDA approval for Venus Freeze were done in 1 week intervals for 6 weeks. That's why it's recommended to do it that way. The radio frequency won't harm you if you do it more often, but the best results in the trials yielded them at 1 week intervals.
