If you were over filled with Restylane in cheeks, can it cause sagging? Can massaging lump cause product to migrate?

I recently had a very bad experience with resylane. The "top plastic surgeon" that did my injections rushed through didn't massage left me with lumps in lips and cheeks, broken capillaries (which he claims is impossible) placed product superficially (another dr informed me of that) and my face is lopsided, smile is too, I seem to have a jowl on one side now too. Will these over filled cheeks and lips leave me looking saggy and deflated once they dissolve. Can the product migrate from massage?

Ive never seen fillers cause true sagging, Ive seen it cause puffiness and an inflated or lumpy look.  This can be reversed.  Skin tightening procedures can help with sagging or lasers to collagen production.  Sculptra may be better for you long term.  Cannulas help to limit complications. Best, Dr. Emer.

I am sorry you had such a bad experience as restylane is generally very safe and effective. Are you sure you saw a board certified plastic surgeon? at any rate you will not get sagging from the treatment and it is true that vigorous massage shortly after treatment may make the product move.  You also mention lumps in your cheeks and if you mean the actual cheek there is better material than Restylane.  I suggest you seek another opinion
