Thanks for your question. The cost of "resetting" or rather repairing your nose will vary depending the complexity of the repair essentially. If there are breathing issues, or "functional" problems then insurance will be of great assistance in mitigating the cost of surgery. I would encourage you to seek out a nasal surgical specialist however as revision surgeries are often difficulty and fraught with hidden pitfalls for the inexperienced surgeon. Hope this helps.

A board certified plastic surgeon will need to evaluate your nose and possible X-rays and tests will be required prior to determining exactly what has to be done.
