After Brazilian butt lift, one butt cheek is rock hard. Does this mean the fat is dead? (Photo)

I have just gotten a Brazilian butt lift 2 days ago and one side is much bigger than the other. My right side is as hard as rock. Almost feels like cement, as for the left side it feels much much softer. I don't know if this is normal. Does this mean that the fat is dead? Should I ice it? Please help!!!!

Definitely contact your surgeon ASAP.  There are many possible causes, Hematoma, Seroma, Swelling, or maybe more fat was placed on that side to even things out.  There is no way for us to know on the internet by just looking at your pics.  You should be asking YOUR surgeon this question!  Good luck

enny this is not typical. Please stay in close contact with your plastic surgeon.  You're right side has unusual redness. It's possible you have a hematoma. It's a little early to show evidence of infection but you need to make sure that nothing it's happening but needs intervention. Depending on what the underlying processes is will determine if something needs to be done or what your results will be.
