I am experiencing pinpoint bleeding in my pores. This specifically happens after I have showered and applied a light spf moisturizer and some light setting powder. I’m concerned and would like to have suggestions as to what could be happening. It’s been over 9 months since I had any resurfacing treatment and 6 months since a facial. I don’t exfoliate often (every other week) and I only use low dose retinol. Please help!!

I'm sorry to hear of the symptoms you are having which are not typical so long after treatments.  I encourage you to begin by visiting with a board certified dermatologist or plastic surgeon for an evaluation.

Hi there,

It's hard to evaluate properly with this photo.  You need to schedule an appointment with your Dermatologist. You may have some superficial angiomas but again you need a proper eval.
