I'm 5'6" and have never weighed less than 145. I'm 35. My weight has always been concentrated in my legs my entire life. However, the past 3 years, my skin's elasticity in my legs looks like that of someone 20 years older. My legs make me look so much fatter and out shape than what I really am. It doesn't help that they're not even shapely. They go straight up and down like tree trunks. I'm so self-conscious. What can I do? I do exercise and no amount of squats have every defined my legs.

Sorry I missed your question last week. Lipo alone will definitely improve the apparent contour of the buttocks. Please see attached web reference. BBL would further enhance, but is not required. Good luck!
Thank you for your question. It is possibly a fat necrosis and usually get better over a period of 3 months. Massage or venus legacy may help, but you need to talk to your surgeon. Please follow instructions and re evaluate in 3 months.
Hormones change after liposuction this could be a factor, in general though, this shouldn't be something that is common after liposuction. Best, Dr. Emer.
