I hate how my neck and head look like they're one. I am a woman and feel as though it makes me look more masculine. What procedure can I have done to have a better side profile and look less masculine?

Thank you for your question. What I recommend you is chin liposuction and buccal fat removal to make your face more thin, also I recommend you nasolabial and undereyes fat transfer and mouth lips fat transfer too, this will make a refresh view of your face.

You have beautiful natural features. I think a rhinoplasty and brow bone reduction would give you the aesthetic look you are going for. You could potentially consider a brow lift, but otherwise I think you will be happy with those results.
