Can a sliding genioplasty give me a more attractive and confident face? (Photos)

My occlusion is getting pretty nice thanks to my orthodontic treatment. But as you can see my chin is pretty weak and i think about getting a genioplasty. Can a genioplasty gives to my face better proportionalities and a stronger and more attractive chin and jawline ? My orthodontist told me that orthognatic surgery wouldnt be necessary because my occlusion can be fixed without it. That's why im asking if a genioplasty made alone can gives me a more attractive et confident face.
