Hi, i'm planning to have 1300cc custom made silicone implants in France. The base will be 18cm wide, with a projection of 7.1 cm, to replace my 500cc low profile implants that are too narrow and not enough projected for my frame for my frame (15cm/4.2cm). But i'm really affraid about the weight of those implants, will i need an internal bra, or will i be fine without it? I have a 19cm bwd, does 18 cm wide implants are enough? 19cm ones will be heavier, and I don't want it to overstretch the skin

Answer: Do 1300cc implants automatically need an internal bra?
Some implant companies use a palladium catalyst in making the rubber shell of the implant. But a catalyst is a chemical that helps the reaction but not become part of it. So the rubber itself should not have any residual. There's risk. It's not huge.
