3 months post Fleur de Lis TT: how long I have to wait to go back to my Crossfit full on.

When I say full on I mean doing back squats, front squats, deadlifts, pull-ups, push-ups, sit-ups, hollow rocks, tuck ups, burgers, etc... I'm VERY ANXIOUS to get back to my NORMAL workouts!!!!
