Sagging cheeks and wrinkly tear trough after IPL - what if anything can I do to repair this? (photos)

So sorry this has happened to you. Any regular reader of my Realself answers could tell you that I am no fan of light and other energy-based devices for a bunch of reasons. The hard science to support their use simply lags behind the heavy advertising and promotion for their use. Again, sorry. From the photos, there seems to be a prominent depression between the upper cheek and mid-cheek regions, which is giving the impression of the sagging. If this is indeed so, then the use of an appropriate HA filler into the mid-cheek region would help to restore a smooth transition between these regions and would also secondarily provide a lift to the lower face diminishing the sagging issue. Make sure to consult with a board certified cosmetic dermatologist who can both help you with the rosacea, as well as the issues addressed above. Best of luck.
