Two weeks post op, you are still in the very early stages of recovery and it is difficult to determine at this point what your final outcome will be. Some of the reasons the you may be experiencing this is perhaps because of hematoma or a seroma.  It does not appear from your photos that you have a hematoma. However if you are still concerned in another week, check back with your plastic surgeon. 

Hello,  It can be difficult to tell the difference in size from the pictures you shared, as we do not know the size of the breasts prior to your Reduction. Some asymmetry is normal, specifically just after surgery, as most patients are asymmetric to start with. From your photos, you look to be having standard post operative progress, as the breasts do not look excessively swollen nor do your photos show a lot of drainage, which is also very normal. At 2 weeks, most patients are still experiencing a bit of pain, but if you feel something is going on, be sure to call your Board Certified PS to go in for a follow-up. Best of luck!
