I’m 45 years old F. I had a chin implant surgery last 2021 July . But I still feel numb my lips and chin. I’m start worry. So I’m asking you if I will get feeling back if I do surgery and replace my implant? How long supposed get chin and lip numbness and feeling back after chin implant surgery? My Dr. Went through the mouth and put implant. But when I woke up he said my chin skin was thin so he have to sew my out side of chin too and now I have a scar my chin.

Your pictures show a moderate chin deficiency while your description of goals is an extreme amount of chin augmentation. (20mms....I would doubt that is how much you need) Implants are very good at moderate chin augmentations but more significant chain augmentations (greater than 10mms) are best...
