I really dislike my profile, what can I do? Facelift? Buccal fat removal? And what skin/laser treatments would help? (photos)

I'm 39, have always had round cheeks but feel like I am getting major jowls and have this puffy fatty area by the corners of my mouth and despise my profile. I've had voluma but the lower part is the problem. Id like to know surgical options as well as what skin treatment, resurfacing/laser would help with my adult acne, scarring and sun damage. Please help!
