How can I QUICKLY remove scars around my mouth with my skin tone? (photo)

I had some scabs around my mouth that I didn't let heal properly without agitating them by trying to exfoliate them off with a wash clothe daily. Now I have scars on each corner of my mouth and one above my lip. I'm Hispanic w a brown/tan skinn tone. I'm currently using over-the-counter strength kojic acid and hydroquinone cream. I don't know if there's a laser procedure or something that doesn't effect my skin tone. Is there a procedure to quickly remove these scars faster than the method I'm doing now?

Probably not a good idea to inject the cartilage with kenalog. Lasers and injections will work for the scar tissue. I would consider surgery as the only viable option. Best, Dr. KaramanoukianLos Angeles
