Should laterals and k-9 crowns be slanted forward?

I would need to look at a photo to give you accurate advice.  However, I suggest for you to voice your concerns to your dentist right away.  Many times the size and the positions of the temporary may not be the final size and position of the final restoration.  It's best to be discussed at this point.
