Can a new crown be colored matched to my surrounding teeth? (Photo)

This is my permanent crown I got 4 months ago. I absolutely hate the color of it. I think it looks so ugly and definitely fake. Will a new better dentist be able to make a more natural looking crown? (I know I have discoloration on my surrounding teeth but I still feel the color is way off) Did my dentist just not care? His assistant picked the color and assured me that it matched. And he didnt ask before he cemented it in place.
