My skin lacticity wasn’t great after weight gain with two pregnancies. Diagnostic laparoscopy perform led 2 weeks ago and conserned with the scar. It has left a severe indent below my belly button and looks like a second bellybutton. How can I make it better?

Looks and sounds like you have a recurrent umbilical hernia. It also looks like you have excessive skin.Can't confirm without physical examination.
This can be fixed via umbilicoplasty and umbilical hernia repair.
