Can you have eMatrix over a probably cystic pimple?

Question

I have ematrix tomorrow and have a small cystic pimple that wont go away and has been there for close to 2 weeks..i have a small acne scar under the pimple and wanted it "zapped" by the ematrix and I'm wondering if I can have the pimple area treated with the ematrix and if it will help it go down and prevent/lessen scarring or if ematrix should never be done on a cystic like pimple? can doing ematrix on a pimple CAUSE scars?

In fact some studies have shown that in higher level approaching 100 mj per pin, the oil gland can be destroyed. For old scars, eMatrix is not the best treatment, however I do like using this treatment in early acne scars, or in patients who exhibit acne scars and active acne who are undergoing acne treatments.
