I had crystal peeling (microdermabrasion) treatment, and my facial skin is red for 2 days. Any suggestions?

2 days ago I had my first microdermabrasion done for my face, and after treatment my face was red till today (2days), i am worried that the redness will last for long, and whether it will keep permanent damage. Appreaciate your support.
