FTM top surgery: tender lump left pec & loose booblike sag in both pecs-- swelling or did my surgeon leave too much in? (Photos)

labu1785
I'm ~2 mo post op FTM DI bilateral mastectomy no nip graft. I work out vigorously (rock climb, run, gymnastics, calisthenics). I have a lumpy mass on my left side underneath and extending next to my left nipple. It's hard, tender and uncomfortable. Should I be concerned? Also both sides still have a saggy almost fatty look and seem loose. Is this likely swelling or grounds for revision? It seems as if either not enough glandular tissue or skin was removed. Will they likely continue to firm up?
