I have no muscle in my left chest and my nipple in my left chest is asymmetric. What options do I have to make my chest and nipples look as symmetrical as possible ? I am male aged 33

based on these photos, you are good candidate for correction with transfer of latissimus dorsi muscle from the back to anterior chest. This will improve appearance of the chest, including nipple areola position and size. There is no noticeable deformity on the back. Muscle stays innervated and with targeted exercise it will achieve bulk and symmetry with opposite pectoral mayor muscle. Two scars are well hidden. In some cases additional surgery may be needed to further improve position of the nipple and contour. Reconstruction with pectoral implant and fat grafts have by far inferior result, in particular in young person. In person consultation with a board certified plastic surgeon, familiar with this type of reconstruction is recommended. Good luck.
