I have no muscle in my left chest and my nipple in my left chest is asymmetric. What options do I have to make my chest and nipples look as symmetrical as possible ? I am male aged 33

Although I understand your line of thinking, this would not be a good idea as the breast implant will create more of a breast shape projection and not a masculine pectoral muscle contour. Although the average pectoral implant is not quite as soft as muscle, hardness is usually not a complaint...
Because the pectoral muscle has a fixed length and its origins along the sternum are very broad, effectively changing its position on the sternum is not possible.
