Will pectoral implants help fill in moderate loose/lax skin? (Photo)

Thank you for your question and pictures.   To answer your question implant will give you more volume witch in turn stretch out the skin but again having implants is committing your self to a lifetime of surgery implants don’t last forever.   What u would recommend is Vaser Hi-Def liposculpting that’s including your Pec area to tighten your loose skin and some fat grafting to the pec area to give you more volume.  Make sure that when you choose your plastic surgeon that you research there work and that they are BOARD CERTIED BY THE AMERICAN BOARD OF  PLASTIC SURGERY.
