Which laser is best at removing green/blue ink? (photo)

I have had previous laser treatments over a 5 year period, including the Q-laser, and Ruby. These were mostly successful, although there is still green and blue left (albeit faded). I've not had a treatment for several years as I was waiting for a new laser to come onto the market. I've also heard of the Alexandrite laser, as I am specfically looking for a green / blue colour removal. I am also looking to remove another tattoo which is mostly purple / black, would I need another laser for these colours?

Green ink is best removed with a red laser, PicoSure (picosecond 755nm), Q-Switched Alexandrite (755nm) or Ruby (694nm) laser.  All of these red-light lasers produce light that is efficiently absorbed by green tattoo ink giving the most efficient and effective treatment.

The best treatment for green and light blue tattoo ink is, by far, the new Picosure Laser.  While Ruby and Alexandrite can also work, my experience suggests that you would need a lot more treatments with them, than you would, if you had Picosure treatment.  Even though Picosure is the newest and most expensive tattoo removal laser, it is likely to more cost effective than the others, as you would need to pay for fewer treatment sessions.
