Will It Be More Difficult to Work on a Previously Treated Tattoo? That Has Had About 10 Treatments. (photo)

How much more difficult is it to treat a colorful tattoo with PICOSURE, that has had 10 treatments with maybe only 20-30% fading (on colored areas) from the medlite c6? (Besides black ink) - better results maybe 50%. PicoSure boasts 1-4 treatments, how many would you say I would need on this? Since it is very successful with greens.
