I am looking for a capable and experienced facial plastic surgeon in Maryland to perform a Chin Implant with Lipo.

Hi, I would like to pick a surgeon in the Baltimore Washington area to perform a chin implant and possible minimal submental lipo. It seems cosmetics surgeons do a little of everything: breasts, lipo, rhino, etc. How do I find an MD that truly specializes in facial surgery? Thanks for your expertise!!
