Hi, I'm a transgender MTF and I'm 5'6, 143 lbs and have a smaller frame with minimal breast tissue. I had a consultation and the surgeon said that the results are probably going to look unnatural. He also presented me with only round breast implants as an option. Is it more typical for MTF transgender patients (or any patient) with minimal breast tissue to be given round or tear drop implants, and what are the pros and cons for each shape when implanted in a patient with minimal tissue?
